High-calibre design and product talent for both permanent and contract roles. This service is built on empathy, focusing on a deep understanding of your team's needs and culture to find the right talent
Membership
Exclusive, retainer-based mode. For a monthly fee of $969 + GST, my members receive priority access to Talent and discounts on hires starting at 50%, allowing them to attract and retain top Talent using a human-centred approach to recruitment.
Micro Hire
Coming soon. A platform to connect clients to highly skilled, vetted, immediately available talent for short-term engagements. My proprietary Kikai platform is a separate service designed for the niche market of micro-projects.
Embedded
I join you as an embedded Talent manager for a specific multi-hire campaign. This premium service offers the deepest level of integration, allowing me to apply a human-centred methodology throughout the entire process to find talent that is a perfect fit.
