With a career spanning 20 years, I've honed my skills in crafting user-centric experiences that truly make a difference. My journey has been a balance of creativity and strategic thinking, delving into the hearts and minds of users to create experiences that resonate.

I realized that my primary strength and focus was on Talent Acquisition, connecting businesses with exceptional designers to build world-class teams. That is the “why” behind RUMR. My extensive network and deep understanding of the design industry allows me to connect you with the ideal candidates for your team.

I am deeply involved in the design community, serving as Conference Director for both Design Outlook and UXCamp, two industry-leading events. I use this passion and expertise to deliver tailored solutions that perfectly match your needs.
