What it is:

RUMR Refer & Give — a referral program where anyone can refer a hiring role to RUMR. If RUMR places a candidate and they're in-seat at 3 months, RUMR makes a $1,000 charity donation in the referrer's name, or they can choose taling cash . For contractor referrals its $1/hr worked (paid monthly, up to $1000)

Who can refer:

Anyone — clients, candidates, peers, conference contacts.

Eligible roles:
Design, product, UX, research, AI, and technical roles only. RUMR reserves the right to decline roles outside its wheelhouse.
